Archive, Restore, Review the Audit, and Report Abuse

The Pool section contains three related tools for Pool stewardship: the Danger Zone archive controls, the Pool Audit, and a private Abuse Report form.

Archive or restore a Pool

Only the Pool Owner can archive or restore.

1. Open the Pool and choose Pool.
2. Scroll to the red Danger Zone at the bottom.
3. Choose Archive Pool or Restore Pool.
4. Confirm the warning, then complete Step-up Verification when prompted.

Archiving is a reversible, read-only overlay with real access consequences: the Pool is hidden from normal My Pools results, and ordinary membership, invite, and role changes are locked until restore. It does not pause NFL data, Pick Locks, result verification, or scoring. An Active Pool can continue toward completion while Archived.

Choose Show archived in My Pools to find an Archived Pool. Open it and choose Restore Pool to return normal access and eligible administrative actions.

Pool Audit

Every current Participant can review the sanitized Pool Audit. It records administrative events such as:

• role and membership changes;
• invite creation or rotation;
• ownership actions; and
• archival and restoration.

Each entry identifies the action and time without exposing raw Pool Invite credentials or Participant contact details. Audit events remain available with the Pool, including while it is Archived.

Abuse Report

Any Participant with Pool access can send a private request for support review.

1. Open Pool and find Abuse Report.
2. Enter a short Reason.
3. Add an optional description with relevant context.
4. Choose Submit report.

Submitting a report creates no automatic penalty and does not replace ordinary role controls. Owners and Admins should use Remove when they simply need to manage Pool membership.

Do not include Hidden Pick values or Pool Invite links. The form already associates the report with the Pool; describe the conduct or concern without copying sensitive credentials.

Completed and Archived are different

A Completed Pool reached its terminal competitive outcome after required Verified Results were scored. Its history and eligible administrative actions remain available. An Archived Pool is a reversible read-only state chosen by the Owner. A Pool can be both Completed and Archived.
